Returns and Exchanges are available. However, please note that this is only on a case-by-case basis.
- We only accept returns / exchanges if there is a defect in your item.
- Please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org with your order number and a snapshot of the defect(s), and we will get back to you within 2-3 working days.
- In this case, all postage fees will be incurred by us. Please return us the defective item via the same mode of delivery from which you received it. However, should you choose to return the defective item via a different method of delivery, you will have to cover the additional postage charges.
- All returns/exchanges have to be done within 7 working days based on ‘order received’ date.
- All items must be in brand new condition (ie. not worn/washed), and purchased directly from our website.
- In any event that the item is sold out, we regret to inform that we do not do cash refunds but instead will issue a credit note for you for your next purchase.
- The colour shown on Missykhor’s website may have a slight discrepancy due to the different colour resolution on each technology device. We will try our best to ensure that our products are best represented and in this case, refunds or exchanges will not be applicable.
- Kindly take note: Each products details as well as product material are listed in our website. For sensitive skin customers, please be advised to check the details before place orders. We will not be responsible for any personal sensitive skin issues.
